We offer a variety of sizes and loading capacities for different products and loading capacities. We will help you choose the right hopper material and size based on your product type, bulk density, and flow rate. Plus, we provide tailored recommendations as required for your system to ensure the best fit for your project.

Our systems can handle loads from 50 to over 2000 tonnes per hour, offering options from a compact Micro hopper to a large size 9. Each hopper is tailored to fit your specific materials and site requirements, and we use your details on product type, bulk density, and flow rate to select the best hopper to maximize loading efficiency.

Stainless Steel is highly resistant to corrosion. We have options for 304 or 316 Stainless Steel, including all components.

We hold replacements for all components included with a DSH System, including chains, springs, bolts, washers etc. We have components available in different steels and sizes, depending on your requirements.

Customisation.

Every DSH System is designed and manufactured to meet your requirements based on product type, bulk density, and flow rate. Hoppers fabricated from steel are able to be customised to suit your space and site needs. Please get in touch if you have any ideas or specific requirements. If we don’t have a solution, we will do our best to find one.

TARDIS hoppers are a flanged mounted, enclosed system specifically for outdoor applications. Designed for easier installation, manoeuvrability, loading and protecting products from the elements.
Reduced Width Hoppers can be made with two or four sides reduced in order to fit tight installation areas.
Flanged Hoppers are designed for applications for highly abrasive materials that create extensive wear. These hoppers are designed so that the cone portion of the hopper can be easily removed and replaced.
Hoppers can be lined with either Ceramic or Ultra-High Molecular Weight Polyethylene (UHMWPE) for added resistance to highly abrasive or sticky materials.
A Dust Filter Cover can be included on standard DSH models and help to reduce dust further by preventing billowing from the top of the hopper.
Steel hoppers are built per project, and we are able to accommodate further customisations as required, including features such as lifting lugs. We can accommodate site issues such as narrow or tight door/entry ways, and feed areas, as well as unusual size/shape requirements or other issues.

Installation

DSH systems require no services to function and most cases, are able to be easily integrated into existing loading facilities with minimal downtime to schedules. Where site specific engineering is required, we will work alongside you to develop a unique solution to ensure the system is installed correctly and performs to your expectations.

The DSH can be used for sea or inland port loading of open bulk carrier ships and barges. We have installed our systems with slewing, co-ordinate, radial traveling, linear travelling and stationary ship loaders, as well as stackers.
DSH loading systems can be used to load covered hopper rail cars, open-top and centre slotted rail cars. With the DSH’s high mounting point there is no need for telescopic equipment, which makes loading railcars seamless.
The DSH can be used for open and closed truck and trailer loading. DSH truck loaders have been installed under filling silos, off conveyor systems, off the side of large bins, under floors and with stackers. With reduced dust comes cleaner vehicles and yards, and more efficient loading.
The DSH can be used for container, bag, or drum filling. By minimising air and compacting the product, you maximise capacity when filling, and remove the need for time spent settling the product. The DSH also makes for a cleaner, safer environment for those working nearby.
The DSH can be used for warehouse store and open stacking/stockpile loading. We have installed DSH Systems for use with conveyors, trippers, and stackers. With less fugitive dust floating around, both air quality and visibility are improved, and warehouses or yards are kept free of dust or debris.
DSH can be installed to support Ship Loading, Belt, Screw and Aeration Conveyors, Hopper and Silos.
We can install DSH with the following feed controls Clam Shell Gates, Slide Gates, Rotary Valves.
