DSH Extended Warranty

Please read the warranty carefully. By applying for the extended warranty, you agree to adhere to the conditions below.

1) DSH Systems Ltd offers a standard warranty that guarantees products are free from defects in workmanship and materials for a period of twelve months from the date of departure from DSH Systems.

2) DSH Systems Ltd, along with its agents will not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages related to the storage, handling, erection, installation, structural mounting, operation, or maintenance of the supplied goods.

Customer Responsibilities

3) Customers are responsible for ensuring that all support structures and connections for DSH units are designed and constructed to meet relevant engineering, safety, and environmental standards.

4) Customers must adhere to the Installation Manual provided to guarantee the correct installation and adjustment of the systems. This includes operating within the specified material properties, flow rate, and bulk density as approved in the Order Confirmation.

5) Customers must follow maintenance guidelines outlined in the installation manual. Damage or wear to the DSH system caused by improper or inadequate maintenance is not covered under warranty.

Extended Warranty Details

Customers have the option to obtain an extended warranty, totalling 24 months, inclusive of the standard 12-month warranty, upon application to DSH Systems Ltd. The extended warranty is granted at our discretion following a review of the installation quality based on the information, videos, and images submitted. Confirmation or Denial of the extended warranty will be advise via email. DSH may offer suggestions or assistance if modifications are deemed beneficial for the DSH system.
