Beware of Scams!

We are seeing an uptick in scam emails going around pretending to be from DSH. We urge caution when providing personal or sensitive information - if it doubt, reach out!

Some things to look out for:

- The email address

We only use our first names and the dshsystems.com prefix. Make sure that the employee name is active (we are seeing a lot of emails from "Ian" who has retired from DSH some time ago)

-Our Official Email Footer

Our emails have our official footer that contains a full name, position in the company, our address and contact details and a confidentiality disclaimer, in our company colours of black and yellow. If the email you receive has no footer, be cautious.

- Accounts

We will only contact you about accounts from that email address, and we will not ask for personal or sensitive information in the body of an email, only with an PDF attachment containing our official header.
